You must:

Step 4: Meet the Disability Requirements

You may be eligible if:

• You have a disability caused by a permanent impairment.

• You are likely to need NDIS supports for your lifetime.

Step 5: Meet the Early Intervention Requirements

You may qualify if:

• You have impairments likely to be permanent.
• Early access to NDIS supports will reduce your future need for support, improve functional capacity, or prevent decline.

Evidence about your disability and how it impacts daily life is required to support your application.
