About Us
Registered NDIS Provider in Victoria
Relyability Care is an NDIS-registered provider supporting participants with complex and high-
support needs. Our services are underpinned by in-house Registered Nurse oversight and a
dedicated Mental Health support team, allowing us to safely manage clinical, psychosocial, and
behavioural complexity.
Our support model ensures participants receive coordinated, responsive, and clinically
informed care while maintaining strong communication with support coordinators,
families, and allied health professionals.
